Celebrate 2024 and ring in 2025 with a heart-centred, immersive experience! Winter Intention is both a retreat and festival, happening from Dec 29th to Jan 1st at Loon Lake Lodge and Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge, BC.
Intention is a vibrant, welcoming community offering events that many return to year after year. Intention events include workshops, rituals, an artisan market, and fun nighttime dance parties that feature DJs and occasional live performances. It is also entirely participant and volunteer-run, with everyone buying a ticket and everyone co-creating the event together. Our aim is to create a transformative space that brings our community closer together. It's a beautiful, family-friendly environment, and we invite you to join us!
Details can also be found at our Facebook event page

TICKETS
We are at capacity! No more tickets! There may be a few existing ones offered for resale (in the facebook event page or on the intentiontribe email list), that's your only option if you don't have your ticket by now.
If you have any doubts about whether a ticket seller is legit, wait for one of us to comment on their post; or else email registration[at]intentiongathering[dot]org and ask.
Tickets can only be transferred until noon on Dec 24, 2024... sorry, no exceptions!
here is the previous ticket information:
Standard Admission Ticket: $550. This is the regular ticket price for the event.
Community Supporter Ticket: $600. By purchasing this ticket, you are helping to subsidize the cost for another participant who needs it. Intention is a non-profit, and is facing challenges with rising costs. Your support helps make the event accessible to all members of our community.
Subsidized Ticket: $325. This reduced-price ticket is made possible by contributions from community members who are able to pay more. It’s available for people who need some extra financial help in order to attend.
Youth tickets: $150 for ages 5-12, $250 for teens (13-18). Kids under 5 are free.
Each ticket includes three nights of indoor lodging, three catered meals per day, and all workshops and other entertainment.
Prices do not include GST or ticket vendor service charges.
If you need a subsidized ticket, email registration[at]intentiongathering[dot]org We will answer the emails in the order that they arrive, until all subsidized tickets are gone. We will answer by sending you a hidden link to the subsidized tickets, as they won't be listed on the same page as the rest of the ticket types. We rely on the integrity of our community members to request a subsidized ticket only when it's truly necessary to afford the event. We trust that those who can afford the full price will refrain from taking advantage of the subsidy.

CO-CREATION
Co-creation is a core value of Intention, similar to Burning Man and other like-minded communities that we are connected to. This means we all come together to make this non-profit event happen. You will get to contribute by signing up for a volunteer shift when you complete your registration.
Contributions may include welcoming people at the gate, helping with decor, being a calm presence at peer support, or helping to make sure we leave the venue as beautiful as it was when we arrived. You can choose which parts of the event you feel called to support.
If you like the sound of this event but can't attend this time around, please "like" our page at https://www.facebook.com/intentiongatheringvancouver to stay in touch!

GRATITUDE
We would like to acknowledge and bring attention to the fact that the land on which we gather (around Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast) is the traditional, unceded and illegally occupied territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Shishá7lh (Sechelt), and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
We have tremendous gratitude for this land and everything that it provides, and invite awareness and consideration of how and why the people of the nation of Canada have access to all of its beauty and abundance. We always strive to leave no trace and to protect the land where we gather.
