Vendor Application

Hello! Thank you for your interest in participating in Winter Intention 2023 Artisan Market.

We are looking for lovingly handcrafted or fair-traded art, food, accessories, and clothing.

The Artisan Market is a great way to share your craft with loving community, as well as a great way to make back a portion of your Intention ticket.

Winter Intention is different than most festivals, and so is our market.  Our attendance is usually only around 100-150 (allowing for a space that's smaller and more intimate), so we only have the market open for limited hours in respect for vendors' time.  Vendors are usually people who are attending the gathering anyways, rather than attending just to vend. There is no additional charge to have a space at the Artisan Market.

Applications are being accepted until Dec 25th, 2023.  Vendors will find out shortly after the deadline if they are able to vend or not, though if you have read this whole page and are in line with the intentions behind the market, it is extremely unlikely that you won't be given a space :-)

The market will run from around 8pm - 11:30pm on December 30th.  It will most likely be located up the stairs from the main dance floor (to be confirmed on site).  Set-up will begin at 4pm, just before dinner.  Please talk to Candice before setting up.

The Artisan Market is casual and collaborative. We aim to fulfill all needs and expect some flexibility from vendors to pull it all together.  All vendors are expected to provide their own table cloth/covering, and everything they require to display their wares and expect to do their own set-up.  Vendors not attending the full event, must buy a one night ticket for Dec 30.  Priority will be given to vendors staying for the full event. Vendors are responsible for their own wares during the market and during the event.

NOTE: There are NO CANDLES, COMBUSTIBLES or NUTS allowed at the camp. In order for us to book this camp we have agreed to these conditions. This camp hosts children each summer, some of whom have serious, possibly fatal, nut allergies. Please, please respect the rules and process by which we have been allowed to book the camp and ensure all products comply.

You are welcome to contact us at artisanmarket[at]intentiongethering[dot]org if you have any questions about being a vendor.  PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM BELOW.

Please provide a brief introduction to yourself and your product(s). If any your products are imported or *not made by you* please describe where it is from, and how you have come to incorporate it. ALL IMPORTED GOODS MUST BE FAIR TRADE.
