This is a VITAL part of co-creating our event. Let's face it, without speakers, sound gear, tables, food, etc.... we have not got an event at all!
Please consider this a very valuable way to contribute to and co-create your event.
We need folks to help load the gear in the Vancouver area before the event, help unload the truck at the event, load the truck at the end of the event and unload the truck in Vancouver after the event.
We need YOU to help gather and bring event items to loading zones and then to, please, pick them up afterwards and return them to their rightful places.
