Music

We have a great line-up for you this year!

Here is part of it:
Mazeguider

Mazeguider

The Mazeguider brings a singular sensibility to the decks, weaving journeys full of emotional power, compelling sounds, and undeniable grooves for the dancefloor. The genres may mutate, but it's all driven by a call, a pulsing beacon that beckons us forward each step of the journey home.

An OG of west coast festival culture, the Mazeguider has rocked countless dancefloors over his career. Beyond music, Jeet-Kei's roots run deep into the culture. Currently, he is the producer & creative director of Nectar Festival, a new Summer Solstice festival on Salt Spring Island. His 2010 TEDx talk on "Transformational festivals" led to The Bloom documentary series in 2012-14, which filmed 24 festivals and screened in over 80 locations worldwide. Jeet-Kei was also part of the co-founding of seminal collective Tribal Harmonix, as well as founding the long-running Intention New Year's Gathering in BC.

DJ RAH

DJ RAH

RAH aka Noradawn was born in Alberta and spent part of her childhood in Florida and Colombia, South America. She currently lives in a forest on the edge of the South Okanagan Valley and spends time between her home there and Vancouver, BC.

She has been a DJ for over 25 years... first touching the decks in 1999 and then first playing out in 2000. With a focus on DnB and Jungle she loves to weave the various musical influences that have shaped her throughout her sets. Her sound ranges from heavy and deep to smooth and light, from minimal stripped breaks to harmonic cascading rhythms that she occasionally layers with various melodies and vocals.

Catching one of her rare performances is a treat.  She will take you on a journey through outer space with her heavenly and unconventional soundscapes. With an upbringing playing classical piano and having immersed herself in various musical genres throughout her life, her musical knowledge is deep and with it she weaves these various threads of sound into a new story.

Elixir

Elixir

Jory Bice, known professionally as DJ Elixir, is a veteran Canadian DJ and producer with over 25 years behind the decks. A three-time FVMA winner for Electronic Artist of the Year (2018, 2022, 2025), he’s celebrated for high-energy, genre-blurring sets spanning techno, trance, UK bass, breaks, and drum & bass. Having performed alongside legends like Paul Oakenfold and Chris Liberator, Elixir continues to push boundaries in 2025 with his latest album Groove Echoes and a stacked summer tour including Asundance, Summer Intention, and Way Too Loud Festival.

Drey Foxx

Drey Foxx

Drey's love for music and movement pulled her behind the decks in 2013, and she’s been carving out her own sonic world ever since. Blending progressive breaks and edgy, sophisticated techno with touches of DnB, metal, hip-hop, and electronica, Drey creates sets that ignite curiosity, emotion, and full-body movement.

Founder of Rolling Ball Productions in Vancouver, she merges design, music, art, fashion, and life into one fluid aesthetic — a vibe, a vision, a feeling.

Drey has played clubs and underground events across BC and has championed Canadian talent internationally through her involvement in the UK electronic scene. With past residencies on True North Radio (Canada) and Housemasters Radio (UK), plus guest mixes on platforms across France, Germany, and beyond, her sound travels far.

Recently featured by Vesta Records for her intuitive and thoughtful mixing style, Drey continues to push fresh energy into every set she plays.

She’s currently a resident DJ on Ultimate Dance Radio (UK) — catch her bi-weekly on Drey Foxx & Style — and holds monthly shows on Subcode Club Radio (UK), including The Rolling Ball Show, spotlighting cutting-edge artists from around the world.

Listen. Feel. Move. In Style.

Beatrix the White

Beatrix the White

What Beatrix the White lacks in information on his online profiles, he certainly makes up for in bottom heavy genre bending Dancefloor bass boom boom. Beatrix has been making ears ring since 2015 BitF with the Shadow Puppet Stage, and probably long before this reviewer’s measley personal experience.

A Dancefloor fan favourite at Intention events, you don’t want to miss his eclectic blend and perfectly judged finger on the pulse of the Dancefloor.

Calling on influences from trap to trip hop, dubstep to drum n bass, nu metal to nu soul, Beatrix takes you on a literal journey down the dark twisty path and into the woods- with glimpses of both the gutter and the stars along the way. One devotee famously quoted as saying “this music tastes like squares.”

Chunky, goopy, thick ass, bouncy banging cream filled, vanilla puffed, powder dusted, chocolate covered squares.

Get your knees ready to get deep.

Amethystra

Amethystra

Amethystra finally started DJing in January 2020, after over two decades as a dedicated fan of electronic music. While she enjoyed learning to DJ over Twitch during the pandemic, she prefers to play at community events, such as Intention, Algorhythm, or fundraisers, and also at regional Burning Man events. Amethystra generally prefers more melodic sounds, and DJs her favourite genres: primarily deep house, tech house, progressive, techno and trance.

IndigoJ

IndigoJ

Since sliding into Winter Intention Gathering in 2023 as a new DJ, IndigoJ has been filling the dancefloors at many events including What If (Ravebots & Mystic Lounge), Otherworld (CLUG), Nectar Festival, Dustcovery Afterparty 2024, and every Intention Gathering event she can. Based in Vancouver BC, she plays deep, melodic and progressive house that takes you on a deeply ecstatic journey. Love the art of magical transitions and music that makes the rest of the world melt away? Come join for the journey…

DJ Jollay

Uncle Willy

Uncle Willy

I really enjoy playing music, like a lot. I inject as much fun as I can into my music and make as easy as possible for people to get their groove on (hopefully). I trust my body when it comes to choosing the tunes, if my head is bobbin' and my foot is a tappin', it goes into the set. I hope you enjoy the diddies, 'cause I love each and everyone one of them.

Jy McFly's Dance Powered Light Bulbs

Jy McFly's Dance Powered Light Bulbs

While still fairly new to the art of DJing, Jy nonetheless manages to bravely mount his wild disc, white-knuckle jockeying it fiercely forth - via the consensual, sensual whipping of it's muscular, rippling posterior - until all your stores of dance-Dance-DANCErgy have been wholly & utterly expelled. The forecast calls for torrential thuds, booms, growls, thumps, bumps, blams, whams, hubba-bubba-wubbas, makings-of-humps & shakings-of-rumps, all surging stoically en masse underneath a mellifluous canopy of sultry, emotionally pregnant mellowed-ease bereft of cheese. Jy apologizes in advance that all the links are temporarily-to-permanently down for the clips of his for-sure-for-real headline performances at Ibiza, Madison Square Garden, The O2 Arena, Bass Coast, Treble Shoreline, Cowchilla & Loopaladootza. Please just trust that he will make sure one song usually plays after the previous one... maybe

GrooveTripp

GrooveTripp

GrooveTripp is a house-music DJ duo known for their infectious grooves, rhythmic basslines, and high-energy sets. Blending modern house elements with classic dancefloor influences, they deliver feel-good vibes and seamless transitions that keep crowds moving from start to finish. GrooveTripp brings a fresh, dynamic sound to every stage they touch.

Babashasha

Babashasha

Babashasha is a DJ, event curator, and musical storyteller based on Turtle Island. His sets move seamlessly across genres and BPMs, blending deep bass, hypnotic grooves, and soulful vocals into an evolving dancefloor journey. Through live stem remixing, he reshapes tracks in real time, keeping every moment dynamic, responsive, and alive.

As the founder & Host of Roots & Rhythm at The Beaumont Studios in Vancouver, Babashasha is deeply rooted in cultivating conscious dance spaces centered on connection, presence, and community. His work extends beyond the decks — creating environments where music becomes ritual and the dance floor becomes a shared space for expression.

Mycelian Po-Flux

Mycelian Po-Flux

Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, after 10 years out of the game as "DJ Euphorikx", I am now back, re-branded, and here to shine my light and share my sound deeper than ever!

VJ Chamber

VJ Chamber

Chamber has been teasing open the chambers of vision since her first climb up the scaffolding at the OM Reunion Project in 2011. She’s done visuals at Burning Man (incl. Opulent Temple), as well as many regional Burns, Decompressions, and Burn-adjacent events across BC, Ontario, and Utah. She was resident VJ at Subspace for many years (in Toronto), where she made full use of a delicious team of riggers to mount outlandish 3D installations at the Opera House; and a regular at Architextures, where she honed her strong convictions about the importance of local community. She is resident VJ for Intention as well as drum ‘n bass events on Salt Spring Island (rest in power, Krueger). She has Salty roots and a peppery attitude, and her visuals once received a compliment from a lighting guy.

She will try anything twice.

This is just a sampling of our talent pool, there are more DJs coming soon!

We will post to the facebook event page https://www.facebook.com/events/25181702934787941 when we add more DJs.
