Tribal Market Pod

Hello! Thank you for your interest in participating in Intention 15 Tribal Market.  The Tribal Market application is now closed, but you are welcome to contact us at tribalmarket[at]intentiongethering[dot]org if you are still interested in being a vendor (or just bring your wares with you and talk to Karen Oh on site).  We have space for two more vendors available :)

TRIBAL MARKET happens during the Party night, TBD, where we open the event up to more people!

The tribal market will be located in the first lodge closest to the dining hall at Intention 15.
Applications are being accepted and are due Friday Dec 20th, 2013.  Vendors will find out shortly after the deadline if they are able to vend or not.

We are looking for lovingly hand crafted or fair-traded art, food, accessories, and clothing.

THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR 10 TABLES!!!  Sign up now and avoid disappointment!!!

The tribal market is a great way to share your craft with loving tribies as well as a great way to make back a portion of your Intention ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to respect the tribal market vendors we have to continued to keep the number of vendors limited this year.  Although it will be on a first come first serve basis. We will also be reducing the number of similar products  and they will be limited to approx. 4 jewelry/accessories, 3 clothing, 3 art/food. If you wish to sell your wares, please apply ASAP!!!

Set-up for the market will begin at 4pm, just before dinner.  All tables will be assigned.

The market will run from around 9pm - 11:30pm.  All vendors are expected to provide their own table coverings and help with set-up/tear down of the market.  Vendors not attending the full event, must buy a Party Night ticket and come on the party bus (own transport is not available for the one night only).  All party bus vendors must leave in the morning on the bus.  There are no exceptions to this rule.  Priority will be given to vendors staying for the full event.  Vendors are responsible for their own wares during the market and during the event.

All participants and vendors will be required to sign a Liability Waiver before attending. Please read the waiver(found with registration) carefully, it’s contents will affect your legal rights!

NOTE: There are NO CANDLES, COMBUSTIBLES or NUTS allowed at the camp. In order for us to book this camp we have agreed to these conditions. This camp deals with children each summer, some of whom have serious, possibly fatal, nut allergies. Please, please respect the rules and process by which we have been allowed to book the camp and ensure all products comply.

If you have any questions or issues, please contact the Tribal Market Co-ordinator(Karen Oh).

Thank you for your cooperation.
