Thank you for you interest in the Summer Intention market. We are thrilled to receive applications from anyone hoping to vend at Summer Intention this year.
The market will take place for four hours during the Saturday afternoon music leading up to the big night of revelry.
So that the market vendors can also have a good time, the market will officially close at 9pm, although vendors are welcome to keep their wares out longer if they feel safe to do so, accepting full responsibility for your wares and setup.
Vendors are invited to express their interest in an additional day of vending before, during and after Sunday breakfast.
We don't charge anything for vending at Intention, but you must purchase a ticket to the event, and we do request that you are coming primarily for the purpose of enjoying Intention with your chosen community, rather than coming just with an intention to vend.
Your products should be hand crafted or fair-traded art, consumables, accessories, clothing; or personal services such as massage or other body work, face/body painting, tarot, healing, etc. Personal services vendors are welcome to trade throughout the entire weekend and are not limited to market hours.
You will need to bring everything you need to vend, including shelter, keeping in mind the event takes place in a rainforest so prepare for any weather. No tables will be provided, and there will be no power or water available, other than what you bring with you.
Applications are being accepted from now until 11:59pm, Friday June 21st, 2024. Application does not guarantee selection, although it is fairly unlikely you will be declined. The exact location within the site and amount of space available is still to be determined. In the unlikely event that we do not have enough space for all vendors who have applied, stalls/vendors will be curated to reflect a wide variety of the skills and offerings put forward by the Intention Community.
Further information will be emailed to all successful applicants at the time of acceptance, at which time any unsuccessful applicants will also be informed. Keep an eye on your inbox for this information no later than Tuesday 25th June.
