Venue

Camp Elphinstone, Sunshine Coast, BC

For Intention XX, we return to Camp Elphinstone on the Sunshine Coast of B.C.

Nestled in the Georgia Straight, the Camp will be our home for INTENTION XX, hosting us in heated lodges and cabins with capacity for an intimate community of 250 participants.

Many of our most legendary Intention's were here at the base of Mt Elphinstone (namely INTENTIONs 3, 4, 5 & 7 with a return for INTENTION 17, 18 & 19) and we are excited to revisit this legacy venue. The camp has beautiful new lodges, including a large lodge that we use for our main stage and workshop area and other new buildings for accommodations and group activities.

All meals are included in your ticket price. We eat in the camp's dining hall with catered lunch & dinner, as well as continental breakfast in the mornings. Please bring any snacks or special items you would miss otherwise. These should be kept in the kitchens in the lodges. This is a 100% Nut-Free facility.

All lodges are heated and have regular electric outlets. The beds are single width, vinyl-covered mattresses, so additional bedding, pillows & coosh is highly advised! Ear plugs can be your friend. Any additional decor, lighting or furnishings you wish to bring will serve you well*.

There is one lodge reserved for families and another as a quiet lodge.

Cabins are the alternative to the Lodges. These are small stand-alone cabins you can book and share with friends. Book your cabin through the link on the facebook event page.

*Only painters' tape can be used to attach items to the walls, ceilings and other surfaces - No tacks or push-pins.

ABOUT THIS LAND

We would like to acknowledge the fact that the land on which we are gathering is the traditional, unceded and illegally occupied territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation. We express gratitude for this land and everything that it provides, inviting awareness of how and why the people of Canada have access to all of its beauty and abundance. We strive to leave no trace and to preserve the land wherever we gather. Click here for more information & resources.
