Do you have children, activity ideas, or an interest in being part of the parent/non-parent teams that will provide childcare?  Please get in touch if you are interested in being a volunteer and have a talent for or an interest in hanging out having fun with kids!  Also, if you are able to contribute supplies,  let us know.

Summer Camp has both a designated Family Camping Area and a Kids Zone with a shade structure that is near a small pond.  There will be activities and supplies available for kids, we also encourage you to bring your own to share with other families!!!  The Kids Zone is primarily a self serve area using donated or shared items from members of the community, so please make sure your children are supported with the learning and upholding of the values of our community by teaching them how to care for the supplies, equipment and their space.  Kids Zone and Family Camping are adjacent to both the community kitchen, communal eating area and the community garden.

We are also striving to offer support to our families in the form of supervised activity times when children can be left in the KidsZone. This is provided for any child who can comfortably stay with the supervisors without their primary caregiver.  We hope to offer this supervision on both Saturday and Sunday, from:

10:00am - 12:30pm,

3:00pm - 5:00pm,

and a walkie talkie empowered evening supervision team from 9:00pm - 11:30pm for those families sleeping in the Family Camping Area.
